I, Thomas F. Reilly of the Town and County of New Haven, State of Connecticut
for consideration paid, grant to Marjorie Ross of Hopkinton, Washington County, State of
R. I. with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the
State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
Lots 936-937 on map of Charlestown By The Sea, Charlestown, R. I., owned and
developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale one inch equals 100 feet July 25th, 1934 K. W.
Leighton, C. E. Said map is recorded in Town Clerk's Office at Charlestown, R. I.
Said lots are bounded and described as follows:
Easterly by Shore Drive on said map 50 feet more or less,
Southerly by Allens Cove Road on said map 100 feet more or less,
Westerly by part of lot 994 on said map 50 feet more or less,
Northerly by lot 935 on said map 100 feet more or less.
Said lots are subject to restrictions as they appear on said map.
Anna T. Reilly wife of the grantor release to said grantee all her right of
dower and all other interest in the aforesaidescribed premises
WITNESS my hand this 16th day of November 1934.
