D. 1960 at 3:45 o'clock, p. m., and recorded by [Signature] Town Clerk ---- I, Marjorie Ross, Single of the Town of Wakefield, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to MARGARET B. SQUIER, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS (Description, and Incumbrances, if any) Lots 936-937 on map of Charlestown-by-the-Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island, owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale one inch equals 100 feet, July 23rd, 1934, M. J. Leighton, C. E. Said map is recorded in Town Clerk's Office at Charlestown, Rhode Island.
