KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, WALTER I. HURDLE, of the Town
of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island for consideration
paid, grant to HOWARD F. BLIVAN, of the Town of Westerly, said County and State
with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain real estate situate in the Town of Charlestown, County of
Washington State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
That certain tract or parcel of land, situate in said Town of Charles-
town, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, bounded and described
as follows:
On the North and West, by land, now or formerly of Frank S. Bliven;
South by land, now or formerly of, Elisha Cranold's heirs and east by Xlondike
Road, so-called, or however otherwise the same may be bounded or described.
Meaning and intending to convey by these presents those premises con-
veyed by deed of William John Collings to this Grantor said deed bearing date of
August 26th, A. D. 1922 and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Town of
Charlestown, Book No. 23, Page 312. Reference to said last-mentioned deed and the
records thereof being had and made and the same are made a part hereof.
I, OLIVE S. HURDLE, wife of the grantor release to the grantee all my
right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises.

In Charlestown on the 22nd day of April, 1935 before me personally
appeared Walter I. Hurdle and Olive S. Hurdle, husband and wife, both to me known
