562 I THOMAS F. REILLY of the Town of New Haven, County of New Haven, State of Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to PHILIP A. EDWARDS of Town of Hope Valley, State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: lot number 131 on a map of Charlestown By The Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island. Owned and Developed by Thomas F. Reilly. Scale 1 inch equal one hundred feet, July 25th, 1934 K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer. Said map is on file at Town Clerks Office, Charlestown, Rhode Island. Said lot is bounded and described as follows: Northerly by Baxter Street on said map twenty-five feet, (25) Easterly by lot number 130 on said map one hundred feet, (100) more or less. Southerly by lot number 168 on said map twenty-five feet, (25) Westerly by lot number 132 on said map one hundred feet, (100) more or less. Said lot is subject to restrictions as they appear on said map. The consideration of this deed is less than one hundred dollars. ANNA T. REILLY wife of the grantor, release to said grantee all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises WITNESS my hand this 24th day of September 1934. H. McPHADEN THOMAS F. REILLY ANNA T. REILLY by Thomas F. Reilly her Attorney in Fact. STATE OF RHODE ISLAND ) County of Providence } In Providence on the 24th day of September, 1934 before me personally appeared Thomas F. Reilly individually and as Attorney in Fact for the said Anna T. Reilly to me known and known by me to be the party executing the foregoing instrument, and he ack- nowledged said instrument, by him executed, to be his free act and deed and the free act and deed of the said Anna T.
