Reilly of The Town of New Haven, County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. for consideration paid, grant to Rodolph Martin Junior of Baltic, County of New London, State of Connecticut, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: Lots number 847 and 848 on a map of Charlestown By the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island. Owned and Developed by Thomas P. Reilly. Scale 1 inch equal one hundred feet, July 25th, 1934. K. J. Leighton, Civil Engineer. Said map is on file at Town Clerks Office, Charlestown, Rhode Island. Said lots are bounded and described as follows: Southerly by Shore Drive on said map fifty feet, (50) Westerly by lot number 849 on said map one hundred and fifty two and forty seven one hundredths feet, (152.47) Northerly by part of lots number 1127-1128 and part of lot number 822 on said map in all fifty feet. (50) Easterly by lot number 846 on said map one hundred and forty six feet and fifty nine one hundredths more or less. (146.59) Said lots are subject to restrictions as they appear on said map. ANNA T. REILLY wife of the grantor release to said grantee all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises. WITNESS my hand this 22nd day of September 1934. HATTIS M.
