I Thomas F. Reilly of the Town of Pow Haven, County of New Haven, State of
Connecticut for consideration paid, grant to Charles R. or Therese K. Irish as joint
tenants and not as tenants in common of East Providence Rhode Island with WARRANTY
COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in
the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: Lots number 1013-1014 on a map
of Charlestown by The Sea Charlestown Rhode Island.
Owned and Developed by Thomas F. Reilly.
Scale 1 inch equals one hundred feet July 25, 1934 K. V. Leighton.
Civil Engineer.
Said map being on file in Town Clerks Office Charlestown Rhode Island.
Said lots are bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by Allen's Cove Road on said map fifty feet more or less.
Easterly by lot number 1012 on said map one hundred feet more or less.
Southerly by lot numbers 1009-1029 on said map fifty feet more or less.
Westerly by lot number 1015 on said map one hundred feet more or less.
Said lots are subject to restrictions as they appear on said map.
Anna F. Reilly wife of the grantor releasor to said grantees all her right
of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises.
