479 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, NATHANIEL S. LEWIS and ANNABEL LEWIS, husband and wife, both of the Town of Richmond, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to CHARLES H. HILL, HAZEL HILL and AXEL B. GENTON, all of the Town of Hopkinton, County and State aforesaid, as JOINT TENANTS and NOT AS TENANTS IN COMMON with RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP, with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows together with buildings and improvements Beginning at a point on the westerly boundary line of the Town Highway leading from Charlestown Beach to the Boston Post Road and at the northeasterly corner of the pre- mises hereby conveyed thence southerly, bounding easterly by said Highway, a distance of seventy-five (75) Feet, to the northeasterly corner of the premises of Maude F. Emblay; thence westerly, bounding southerly by said Smalley land, a distance of one hundred four and nineteen hundredths (104.19) feet; thence northerly, at an angle of 90°, bounding west- erly by premises of Grantors, a distance of seventy-five (75) feet, to the southerly bound- ary line of the land of Arthur Stanley, Jr., et ux; thence easterly, bounding northerly by said Stanley land, a distance of one hundred four and nineteen hundredths (104.19) feet, to the point and place of beginning or however otherwise the same may be bounded or de- scribed. WITNESS our hands this 21st day of June, 1934. NATHANIEL S.
