KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, SAMUEL M. HIGGINS, of the Town
of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island grant to MILLARD
F. TUCKER, of said Town, County and State with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in the Town of Charlestown County
of Washington State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
A certain tract or lot of land, together with the buildings and
improvements thereon, situated in said Town of Charlestown, on "Fort Neck,"
so-called, containing eighty-three hundreds (83/100) of an acre, and is Lot No. 1,
on a certain plat or map entitled "Map of the Indian Reservation, Charlestown,
Rhode Island," on file in the Town Clerk's Office in said Charlestown.
Meaning and intending to convey, by these presents, that tract of land
purchased by this Grantor of Robert W. Mills, by deed dated August 16th, 1926 and
recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Town, Book 22, Page 337; reference
to which deed is hereby had and made a part of this conveyance, for a more complete
and particular description of the above described premises.
