Smith running on the southeasterly shore of the sea and Charlestown Road, thence running southeasterly to the ocean, thence running easterly fifty (50) feet more or less to land of Walter E. Brooks and wife, thence running southeasterly on a line parallel with the sea water line of the road hereby conveyed to the shore of Providence road, thence running westerly by the sea and the shore of road Charlestown Road to the road and place of beginning, bounded northerly by road Charlestown Road east- edly by land now or formerly of Walter E. Robinson, by deed duly recorded in the Land Evidence records of said town of Charlestown. This conveyance is subject to the several privileges and covenants recorded in further sells, it is also to the highway course which passes through said land, said highway established the driveway formerly running across the premises of said grantor.
