Partial Release of Mortgage This indenture witnesseth, that United States Mortgage Corporation of Massachusetts, the mortgagee, hereinafter called party of the first part, of the city of Boston, the premises aforesaid in the mortgage hereinafter mentioned being (Baked United States Bank & Mortgage Loan corporation) dated February 24, 1929 said mortgage was executed by and between Ruth 33 et ux age 37 yr. on the side of Thomas Edwards, hereby releases the said grantor out of said mortgage as to the property now known as Lot 10 Block 11 on a plat entitled "Maple Ridge" located in Lawrence Land Development property of City of Lawrence, that the said release shall not affect or terminate the liability of the said United States Bank & Mortgage Corporation of Massachusetts, said mortgage as the remainder of the said mortgage, deed hereby released. Witness the corporate seal of the said United States Bank and Mortgage Corporation of Massachusetts this 1st day of December, 1930 by Lawrence Sparkman president and Assistant Treasurer lately authorized whereby it United States Bank & Mortgage Corporation of Massachusetts By: Lawrence Sparkman, president By: J. Parker, assistant treasurer State of Massachusetts City and County of Boston on the 8th day of December A.D. 1930 Before me personally appeared Lawrence Sparkman President of the United States Bank and Mortgage Corporation of Massachusetts to me known and known by me to be he the person executing the foregoing instrument and that he acknowledged and confirmed by their signed and sealed said corporate seal to be the free act and deed of the said United States Bank & Mortgage Corporation of Massachusetts and their free act and deed.
