521 STATUTORY FORM OF EXECUTOR'S DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That We, EMORY CHANPLIN and SARAH J. BROOMING, both of Charlestown, Rhode Island, in our capacities as Executors of the will and estate of GRACE GREEN CHANPLIN, late of said Charlestown, Rhode Island, deceased, by virtue of the authority conferred upon us by said will and by every other power use there- unto enabling, for consideration paid, grant to PARSIFALE A. NUXIGILLO and NORA A. NUXIGILLO, husband and wife, of said Charlestown, as joint tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common:— That certain tract of land situated on the Post Road, in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington state and of Rhode Island, borderly the easterly half-one of Lot Number Registered (18) on that plat entitled, "Town Map Exhibiting Boundaries of Lots in Charlestown, Registered Agent Scale, 1" = 50 Ft., June 1923, Ross and Lewis, Engineers", which plat is filed in the Land Evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown, said tract of land being bounded:— Southerly by the Post Road, a distance of 50 feet; westerly by other land of the Estate of Grace Green Chanplin, being conveyed to Henry B. Nello, Et yr, us a distance of 189.92 feet; northerly by other land of the Estate of Grace Green Chanplin, a distance of 50 feet; and easterly by other land of the grantee, a distance of 189.92 feet. There is excepted from the conveyance the right to use the Pine Road and Br UARTlow Road, as shown on said plat.
