To all People to whose Presence these presents shall come Greeting Whereas I George [illegible] of [illegible] Inhabitants of Charlestown in said County of Kent State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations fee simple of the messuage and tenement lying and situated in the Town of Charlestown hereinafter more particularly described for my Consideration of the sum of [illegible] Money of Account and to me in hand paid by the said Benjamin [illegible] of said Town and of my own free will and volition have given granted bargained and sold Benjamin [illegible] his heirs and assigns forever all that piece or parcel of land lying in the Town of [illegible] and bounded as follows namely on the North by land of [illegible] on the East by [illegible] and on the South by land of
