To all Christian People these presents Witness that if any person shall presume knowing these premises to be true’s Benjamin [illegible] of Providence in the Colony of Rhode Island and Providence Plantation [illegible] for diverse Good Causes and Considerations Moving’ this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Benjamin called above the [illegible] and by these presents for himself and his heirs doth fully [illegible] a certain Lott of Land lying in the said Town of Providence [illegible] and it is bounded as follows: [illegible] and it is bounded as he is [illegible] on the North by
