To all Men to whom these presents shall return greeting Know ye that I Benjamin Hicks of
Pawtucket in the town of Warwick in the county of Providence and Providence plantation in
the colony of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations one of the sons of lately deceased Samuel Hicks of
said town and place and god son of the said Samuel Hicks giving due hearing will of mind
and memory being of sound body and mind do hereby make this my last will and testament
that I do give and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Hicks all my real estate lying in the town of
Pawtucket in the said county of Providence and Providence Plantations and to my dear son
Benjamin Hicks leave during his life the use of the mill and the land thereunto belonging and
furthermore leave Given Benjamin Hicks and Sarah Hicks combined the said mill and the land
thereunto belonging and the absolute fee simply to them and their heirs in equal parts with the
said Sarah Hicks for her life and after her decease to my son Benjamin Hicks and his heirs
in the mill lot in the townshipp
of Pawtucket in the county of Providence and Providence Plantations and to my dear daughter
Elizabeth Hicks by will and testament one hundred acres of land of hers and her heirs and
furthermore leave my son Benjamin Hicks equally some house and some land to her and Elizabeth
th. with the said and their heirs forever acquitted and limited to a term of years Market and with
all the rights of
