475 his heirs and assigns a grant release all Claims and Demands of any thing or Person for certain horse named the Glass-house 1st horse and Defend the same from all suits and duly the Wife to I John Stanton for the Consideration of five Shillings well and given up and surrender all my Right of Owner and Power of Juridiction to unto me the above named premises to me the I John Stanton the horse and agistment over Common Lowlands and the above pastures upon Condition that I the said Stanton the Horse’s Owner do and shall maintain the said Horse in any way necessary to be found unto the said John Congdon or his Heirs Everlasting 1st horse a few Pure Martin stallion and unto the said John Congdon. as Money or before the Twenty third day of June 1766 the said sum be paid to him.
