Know all men by these Presents that I Robert Potter of
County of Newport County and State of Rhode Island the Year
said bound myself one sole with Daniel Kenyon of same town said
citizen German in the face and heart thereof he dead’s
surety to the said Daniel said Daniel Kenyon on his heir devis
and assigns Payment well and truly to be paid I bind my self
executors and Admins firmly by these Presents Seal Delt s
date the 14th day of April or 7th year of his Majesties 100
the thing over Great Britain in anno Domini 1784
Condition of this obligation is Any that wherever Daniel f
said Robert Potter a deed of his farme said Dad bearing a
with these Presents to me or said Daniel Kenyon on shall be t
Potter his Heirs Executors Administrators or any of them the
said His Devise portion shell make and Debt Paid’s half’s
any on or before 1st day Day of January with which be in payment qbs
Robert Potter then this obligatton him self his Heirs Executors or adminis
back unto the said Daniel f Kenyon or he his Executors under
said farme name to said Kenyon of said Peter Potter (comp
