To all People to whom these presents shall come, Greeting. I, Ethan Crondal citizen of Charlestown in the County of Washington state of Rhode Island and Providence plantations among them Greeting. Know ye that I the sd Ethan Crondal not for the consideration of sundry sums of money to me paid binding me to be paid by Said having entered into agreement with my brother Samuel Crondal of the town of Charlestown in the county of Washington state of Rhode Island and Providence plantations among them in the following manner namely that I have bought and sold and given and granted and conveyed and bargain and sold and given and granted and conveyed and bargain and sold and given and granted to my brother and my neighbor forever Samuel Crondal all that piece or parcel of land lying in his actual
