To all People to whom these presents shall come I Daniel Robinson of Charlestown in the County of Kent, State of Rhode Island, send Greeting, Know all men by these presents that I the sd Daniel Robinson for and in consideration of the Love, good Will, and natural Affection which I have & bear to my Son Daniel Robinson junr of the Town, County and State aforesaid Have given granted attained, enfeoffed, conveyed & confirmed, and by these Presents do fully levy & seisin and eternally give, grant leave, enfeoff, convey, and confirm unto the sd Daniel Robinson jr his Heirs, Executors, Administrators and Assigns forever, certain Parcel of Land, situate lying and being in the Town of Charlestown aforesaid containing by Estimation fifty Acres, more or less, more or less butted and bounded as follows: North by a Lot of Land, part of a Lot purchased of a certain Jamison, and further on the side of the sd Daniel Robinson's pasture, Northly on a Brook called Coquannock Rivre Brooks, bounded partly by Onsetted there on and partly by a Lot Land by Deed of grant given by my Son Jamison Robinson convey Date with his Seal special to the following on southeasterly Course’s and bounds, and being, a Stake and Stone fence running easterly 53' Degree North 18 East 63' to a Stake and Stone, and from there South East 30 Degree East 110' return to a Stone Stake and being, a Stone Wall and being, more or less than the West line dividing between the West Lot and Lot of Courtenay Bottom. To have and to hold the said grant, granted to Daniel forever with all the Wittnesses (Privileges) Privileges & appurtenances in the same belonging or in any way appertaining unto the said Daniel Robinson junr his Heirs and Assigns forever, to be his and his Heirs in perpetuity bought and behalf of forever. And I, the sd Daniel Robinson for my sole sign Witness, and Administration, do covenant promise & grant and concede to the said Daniel Robinson the full Heir and Assigns forever, that act and before the Everlasting being I form the sole, full and lawful Owner of the given Premises, and am lawfully seized in the right, in my own Right and a good proper Estate of aforementioned in the Fee simple, and have in myself good Right to give and grant the same in manner as aforesaid And that the said Daniel Robinson his Heirs and Assigns forever, shall and may from Time to Time and at all Times aforesaid, have hold use enjoy possess & enjoy seised Conveyed Fee simple and clear, without any Act hindrance or molestation from me or every Heir Course or Administrators or any other Person or Persons, Claiming the same from or under me or them heretofore as whereof I have hereunto set my Hand Seal that this Twenty Seventh Day of March in the Eighth Year of the Majesties Reign George the Third King of Great Britain &c Anno 1778 Daniel Robinson Seal Signed, Sealed & Delivered in presence of Joseph Crandall Cornelius Jordan jr Kings County SS Personally appeared the within Instrument Daniel Robinson the Date within written and acknowledged the within Instrument to be his free Act and Deed, Hand & Seal Before Joseph Crandall Justice Peace The above Deed was recorded the 6th Day of June 1778 By James Congdon Town Clk
