To all People to whom these Presents shall come I Silas Greenman of Charlestown in the County of Kings County in the Colony of Rhode Island yeoman, Send Greetings to you that I the said Silas Greenman for and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred and thirty Pounds Lawful Money to me in Hand well and truly paid before the Offi cing and Delivery hereof by Joseph Taylor of Newport in the County and Colony aforesaid yeoman the Receipt hereof I hereby acknowledge and with my heretofore Satisfied Content and paid and full of Right just and perfect hereby do Conveyse transfer do Conveyse bargain and Discharge the said Joseph Taylor to be Mere Executors and Administrators forever by these Presents for eve r granted bargained sold transferred conveyed and confirmed and by these Presents do full ly and absolutely give grant bargain sell alien convey convey and conform with the said Joseph Taylor, and to his Heirs Attorneys forever, and Assigns, convey and conform with the said being and being in Charlestown aforesaid containing by Estimation One hundred and twenty acres be the same more or less bounded on Northwesterly Northwesterly and Southerly on Eastw Land and bounded southerly on Thomas Hall, and David Claresy and Coltery on Eastw ernly partly and partly on Coltery on Eastw and Northerly over Simonds and Coltery whose thereafter bounded or agreed to be bounded as being all that Piece of Land of 8 Hundred bounded Between of bounding the same To have and to hold the said Grant and Bargained Premises with all the Appurtenances and Congealties to the same belonging or in any way Appertaining to him the said Joseph Taylor his Heirs and Assigns forever And I will the said Greenman for my Heirs Executors and Administrators do Covenant Convey and Grant and to end with the
