184 Know All Men by these Presents that I Joseph Lee Esqr of Charlestown in the County of Washington for the Consideration of four Hundred Dollars Received of Jury Clayton of Charlestown aforesaid to my sole Satisfaction and Content do Give Grant Bargain and Sell convey and confirm unto the said Jury Clayton for her here heirs and assigns forever return a certain farm situate in Charlestown in a district denominated the North End by the Highway Eastly on land of Silas and Henry Taylor and George G. Conant's landly Southly partly on Daniel Conant's land and partly on George Barrows's landly and westerly on Barefoot Hill Road containing about one Hundred and fifty acres and the same from eastern boundary Line. To Have and to Hold the above Grant and Bargain forever with all the huntings fishing and appurtenances thereto the said Jury Clayton her Heirs and assigns forever and the said land for the said Jury for myself my Heirs executors & admins forever and the said land for the said Jury in the Premises and assigns that I Sam Lawton have owned in per of the Premises that they are free of all Incumbrance whatever but Jury Clayton's right to sell and convey the same to the said Jury Clayton her Heirs and assigns forever and that's will Warrant and Defend the same Taylor to be held manner aforesaid and
