Kenyon of Charlestown aforesaid as Mortgagor dutifully and peaceably Bound on and Surrendered up to Caleb Kenyon of said Charlestown Yeoman, one Parcel and Piece of land made by and in accordance with the terms and Conditions hereunto annexed by Way of a Mortgage Done by him then known as Mortgage of those Certain Tracts of Land lying in said Town, aforesaid one Parcel contains by Estimation twenty and four Acres Swamp bounded Northerly by the land of Simon P. Tucker, Easterly by said [illegible] Swamp bounded Southerly by the land of Caleb Kenyon, Westerly by Saunders Caleb Kenyon, bounded Northerly by the land of Caleb Kenyon, Easterly by Saunders Caleb
