Kingston on his sworn Caution & Solemnly swearing & affirming by their Oaths inter. full Knowledge of which I attest at my hand and seal this 15th day of September 1827 in presence of Samuel [illegible] Recorded Sept 15th 1827 by Samuel Stanton Town Clrk Dennis Ennis (L.S) Know All Men that I Benjamin Whitford of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations residing in Exeter in the said County, the Consider- ation of Two hundred Dollars and Seventy Seven Cents and they Mill. paid since ion of my sister Elizabeth Whitford of Exeter in the County and State aforesaid the Parcel of land situated in said County acknowledge, do hereby remise Release and forever Quit claim unto said Elizabeth Whitford her heirs and assigns and her Officers forever the said claim unto said Elizabeth Whitford her heirs and assigns and her Officers forever the said said One Eight Third part of a parcel of land lying in Charlestown in the County and State above described containing by Estimation one hundred and one hundred acres more or less so bounded as follows beginning at a Highway easterly, Corner of the County and State visibly on Indian Town South easterly partly on boundary of Thomas Clarke's property and upon the first boundary of the said boundary, straight to the Westward Parallel with the Westward part of the Right of Dennis Ennis do Now all and to my Heirs the Will name that they forever all the privileges and Appurtenan- ces there unto the said Said Estate Telling part her heirs and assigns forever said Benjamin Whitford for my presenting her heirs and assigns and others whoever the said with Elizabeth Telling part her heirs and assigns and their Servant and their Servant and their will to said Elizabeth Telling part her heirs and assigns forever the South East Corner of said Parcel extending by there through on under seven miles and said furthermore Clara the Whitford’s descendants and Granted Comrades the date thereof we have hereunto and Elizabeth Telling part her heirs and assigns forever the Right of Ownership unto the above Described and Granted Premises the date thereof we have hereunto set our Hands and seals at Exeter this 21 day of July 1827.
