199 Know all men by these Presents that I S. Nathaniel R. Stephen Holloway in the within and assign forever one half of a certain tract of land lying in Charlestown in said County and State aforesaid containing by Estimation thirty acres of land in the which is bounded and described as follows bounded on the North with David Clark on the East upon Eliza Babcock, bounded on the South on Green's Reserve on the West on the [illegible] S. Clarke and to hold all the one half part of said land L.
