94 Know All Men by these Presents that we James W. Noyes of Westerly Washington County and State of Rhode Island and Thomas Noyes of Farmington New London County & State of Connecticut for the consideration of Two Hundred Dollars to me paid by Ethan Cooke Esqr Gunwich County State of New York and State of Rhode Island the Receipt of which we do hereby acknowledge to be to our full Satisfaction & Content do Grant Give Bargain Sell & convey from us to the said Ethan Cooke his heirs and assigns forever these and all those of our certain Lot or parcel of land situate in Charlestown and being on the North side of the formatted road of the said Town Ephraim Saunders which was set off from the Common pasture as appears by his Deed to James W. Noyes & Thomas Noyes Dated Decr 22d 1824 containing by Estimation four acres and under the mentioned North of which we do hereby convey all the remaining on this mentioned lot be the Property of Gideon Noyes Now other lot of Land bounded on the East on the land of Asa Con of Gideon Noyes Now other lot of Land bounded on the West by Northern on land still on that Southerly and westerly on land belonging to Samuel Rogers Pepper off to form Saunders Entirely on land belonging to Samuel Rogers Pepper etc to form Saunders Deed to Thomas Noyes dated Febr 2d 1813.
