834 page Know all Men by these Presents that we Isaac Proser and Esther Proser Wife to & Isaac Proser of Charlestown in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island and Oliver Glocouer of Providence in County aforesaid State aforesaid and declared Agree that we Isaac Proser and Esther Proser and Esther Proser Wife to & Isaac Proser for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Pounds Lawful Money to be paid by William Ellmore of Newportman in the County aforesaid and sufficient Lawyer to the Use of Word the said hereby acknowledge & confirm and grant to the said William Ellmore and his Heirs and Assigns forever the full and exclusive Right and Title to the Piece of Land situated in the Town of Charlestown in the County of Washington in said State of the said Oliver Glocouer’s Land as follows to wit by a Line running from the North West corner of the said Land to the North East corner of the said Land which said Boundary Line is as described under the & Oliver
