298 This Indenture Made this 21st Day of May 1783 Between Samuel Card of Charlestown in Washington County and State of Rhode Island Yeoman on the One part and Joshua Card of the same County and State aforesaid Yeoman on the Other Part Witnesseth that the said Samuel Card for the considerations herein mentioned have given and granted to the said Joshua Card a Piece of Land of the following size and form as follows: being by the North line of the land to be more or less 20 rods boundary to Benjamin Card boundary to Joshua Card boundary to a certain Cord of Wood boundary to Samuel Card Land boundary to [illegible] by the East line boundary to Samuel Card boundary to Samuel Card Land the Consideration Whereas the said Samuel Card does Give Grant and confirm unto the above said Land to the said Joshua Card during his Natural Life to have and to hold the same as his own Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Charlestown this 21st Day of May 1783 Witness Augustus Newman
