(179) Releases and enjoy the same free & clear of all Incumbrances whatsoever This I damuel Wheelon for my self my heirs Executes & Administrators do hereby Bind And engage the above named Promisee Until the above Stringen Lathins his heirs forever the warrant execute & Defend the said engage The same lawfully & forever to enjoy Certain Meadow in reactage whereas have here to set my hand And seal this Twenty fourth day of May Md 1796 Witness [illegible] [illegible] In presence of Johnis [illegible] Jonathan [illegible] Recorded the 24 June 1796 by Peter Gilly Clerk 76 Samuel Wheelon [seal] Washington the March 24 1796 the subscriber Sam Hunger Personally Appeard And Acknowledged the written inst to be his act and Deed hand & sealed for himself Before me James Potter Justice of the Peace KNOW all men by these Presents That we the Subscribers do Mutually & severally Agree the following Courses and distances which are as following be a bounding line between our Entire Estates or unless Our heirs & Assigns forever (V) Measuring from Stone to stone side line at a Large Stone in the Wistown in the State of Rhode Island being North easterly seven degrees East from a Stone called South-west Corner of the estate hence running with the Straws and fence line to a Stone called North easterly seven degrees One Chain eighty & seven links to a stone standing at the End of a wall from there running Easterly eighty and One half degrees East four Chains forty four links to a Stake and Stone about 3 ft high being Former Justice Cores’s Corner of Justice David Thomases line thence on the line west on the road of the Western way the way that runs West 44 Stone 46 44 hours that Jonathan May camberland in the town of Charlestown in the county of Kent state of Rhode Island in Consideration of settling and Building on the remaining lands about 40 rods to be half my lots and Assigns freely yielding Setting Give Grant and forever Last claim And Confirm to that Justice of Providence of the town Course Kent state of Rhode Island to him and his heirs & Assigns forever all the Right Title & Property in Or demand Here now have over or have over at any time in our lots as the called Corner East South easterly to the end of Boundary line as now specified And in Consideration of effecting the aforesaid lines the Justice & Demand promising for my self my heirs Administrators or Assigns forever not to claim or Confirm forever with him the Jonathan May camberland and his heirs & Assigns forever all the Right Title & Property Property claim & Demand now have over or have over at any time in our lots as the part as aforesaid running East to the North Boundary now as above described between the line and the highway leading a Course North camberland in East course Whereas in which the parties have here into set our hands and seals the 4 day of April in the 20th year of American Independence & gdy seal’s’ In presence of James Allen Samuel Wheelon [seal] Jonathan May camberland [seal] [illegible] [seal] Washington county state of Rhode Island on the 14th day of April 1796 the subscribers personally appeard before me & Acknowledged & Declared the written inst to be their act & Deed with his hands & seals the above their acts & Before me — Samuel Wheelon Justice Peace Recorded this Agreement June 27 1796 by Peter Gilly Clerk 76
