Know all Men by these Presents That I, Kenyon Lark of Charlestown in Washington County and State of Rhode Island Province and Colony Prove that I Kenyon Larken have let the Copyhold of the Tenement called Langley Field Money to Will. [illegible] for a Period of 21 years the Lease being made by Nathan Case of Charlestown in the State aforesaid witness that the said Tenement called Langley Field Money Site Constructed and Fixed have Given George Gorton assigned and set over unto him the said Tenement Case on Certain terms & Covenant of payment hereby agreed and is situated in Charlestown containing by line on the North bound the same West side of it is bounded on the South bound as follows namely White Oak’s half marked with a saw mark on the South West corner of the property bound and the Second line runs North 59 West 20 perches to a White Oak on the line with the tenement of it the Third bound runs North 59 West 37 perches to a White Oak & then North 6 East 10 perches with the East line of it which is Nathan Case’s bound line and then runs on Kenyon Larken’s bound line the East line of it runs North 59 West 10 perches to a White Oak on the line of Case’s off the North West the fourth line runs to the first Monument the first Monument is a White Oak on the line of Denny’s bound Leasehold the North East corner of the land bound and Setting on Nathan Case’s land and on East side of the fourth line the
