(58) To all People to whom these presents shall come Elizabeth Perkins widow Henry Green Yeoman and Elizabeth his wife all of Charlestown in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations Send Greeting Know Ye that we the said Elizabeth Perkins Henry Green and Elizabeth his wife for and in Consideration of the Sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars in current Money of Account received before this Will and Fully paid by George Morgan of Newport in the County of Newport and State aforesaid Receipt whereof the Present Witnesseth do and hereby grant and convey with full Seisin suddenly and Concluded and Sealed and of every hand and of Parcel thereof the several Lots and Pieces of Land described in the said George Morgan his Heirs Servants and Emancipations forever by these presents Have given granted Bargained and Sold Assigned Conveyed and confirmed By this present Indenture for forty pieces and forty-four cents the said George Morgan shall Have Apprt lof Convey and Confirm unto the said George Morgan his Heirs and Assigns forever A Certain Tree of Parcel of land situate lying and Being in said Charlestown containing about One Hundred and forty Acres be the same more or less By Bound as follows as 1919 Beginning at the high way leading fromy Albany to Fields Second Low Highway and by the high way then Eastwardly and is bounded Southwardly in the high way until it comes to the Acres which is laid and bounded by the Name of Paton’s to their Three Thousand and Three Thousand and three hundred and three thousand Three hundred and Three hundred and said way Lead from the first Boundry to the first Boundry and is with a Dwelling house thereon otherwise the said Indenture may be Found or Described To Have and to Hold the said Land granted and Morgan forever and with all the Aftmentioned Privileges perquisites and Commonalities to the above Belonging and every piece and all Foregoing I have the said George Morgan his Heirs and Assigns forever he and his heirs there upon however the said Grant & its lost force and virtue and with the said Elizabeth Perkins Henry Green & Elizabeth his wife for one Lawful and true
