429 Know all men by these presents that I Benjamin Green of Charlestown in the County of Washington & state of Rhode Island for and in consideration of the sum of four Hundred and Thirty six dollars to me paid by Samuel Tyler Robbins of Smithfield Town in said county and state The right of which I hereby acknowledge, to be hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said Samuel Tyler Robbins his heirs and assigns forever all the right title and interest which I have in or to a certain lot of land or farm lying in said Charlestown and is bounded and described as follows viz Beginning at a large Whiteoak stump by the highway at the Southwest corner of Samuel Landers house Northly four hundred feet bounding on said Landers to the four corner (called) Tomey Corner Eastly bounding on said Landers to the four corner (called) Tomey Corner Eastly bounding on a boundary wall it comes to the East end of an old wall’s fence to some Tamarack agrees on land of George A Sanders until it comes to a pine stump in the same course around it some Northly until it comes to the four corner of the Tyler house called Tomey Whiteoak boundary Northly on said Tyler until it comes to the four corner of George Hollister boundary Northly to a survey of some wall hence Northwestly to an ash tree on land of Nathan G Cud a Pine stump Northly to the Southwest corner of the Tyler house to the boundary of the common and four poles thence Southly on the wall to a fencing in said Samuel Landers at stake standing by the side of the highway thence Southly to a post but land hence through some brushy swamp hence Northly a straight line Northly around some stumps to a maple tree some distance away near the Tyler house thence Northly until it comes to the edge of the highway until I come
