To all people to whom these presents shall come I Abel H Kenyon of
Charles town and State of Rhode Island Send Greeting—Know ye that I the
said Kenyon for and in consideration of the sum of Six Hundred and twenty five
Dollars in hand received from and fully paid by David G Card
of Collins Cove in hand before the scrivener hereof and fully paid by David G Card
of Town and State present the receipt whereof I as hereby acknowledge and am true
with fully set out contents and true and there and every foot part thereof do
convey grant and deliver unto the said David G Card his heirs beneficiaries and
assigns forever by these presents safely and surely and forever give grant have
give grant forever conveyed sold aliened assigned transferred committed and confirmed
by these presents do freely fully and absolutely give grant sell and confirm
suffice convey and confirm unto the said David G Card his heirs beneficiaries and
a certain lot of land situate in the village of Collins Cove Mills and town of Easton
whose bounds and reference as follows commencing on the Highway at the south
west corner of the lot then North on the West line of William Tucker goes first then

running easterly on said Tuckers land boundary line to the line of the Cortuna

occupy possess and enjoy the said dividing and bargained premises with all
appurtenances hereon are clear free and solely acquitted conveyed
and discharged of any and from all and every manner of lien error or other ob.

these presents or in consideration of the sum of ten dollars of the same said
H Kenyon or in consideration of the sum of ten dollars of the same said
