state of Virginia to all People to whom these presents come In and consideration of the sum

and [paying] certain sums. Consideration of ten years rate argued and discharge the said [John]
to be within his house and dwelling to have and hold from all right title of [his] name and form of [the] state
in and under the said grant and [privilege] premises.
