lawful claims of all persons whatever etc making it a part of the
condition of the instrument that the aforesaid School District and
their assigns forever fence and maintain the same above said School
house lot on their own expense; and further I Amy Karasare wife of the
said Robert Karasare for the consideration price my said husband here by
release unto said School District and their assigns all my right of owner
ship in the premises.
In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
seals this 8th day of January ad 1857

Know all men by these presents that I joseph D Austin of Charles-
ton in the county of Washington in state of Rhode Island etc for a
and in consideration of eighty four Dollars & Seventy cents paid unto me
by Ralph Gante of East Barry County State & Province aforesaid the receipt
of which I hereby acknowledge in full hereby give grant bargain sell
and convey unto him and his heirs & assigns for his new and casing
me certain lot of parcel of Land situated in Charlestown in district of
state containing by sternals in feet by line 40x more or less bounded as
follows east Northly by land of the heirs of Isaac f s l s east
by a highway westly by Perry's lot eastly by Mary Forby's lot &
others in the halves the same namely for a fee area with all the heritages
privileges appurtenances belonging or any annexures appertaining
and improvements thereunto To have and to hold said parcel of land
with all the privileges area appurtenances accessories assets unto
said Ralph Gante his heirs & assigns forever first I affirm
the make in the Consideration after the terms aforementioned
of this affirmation is that of the said Joseph D Austin
my heirs executors & administrators shall pay or convey
old piece to thonthan road etc any claim of title bought
untoDollars & seventy cents payable by said Gante
so as to keep said Gante harmless from paying me
the same then once in that case the above written seal
shall be void in law if however he is bound &’’’’
