Card of the hand of Suna County and State above mentioned my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name for any purpose need beneficial to enter into and take possession of all such meadows lands tenemnts Herditaments and lead estate appurtenances in the Parish of Sufferfield in the County of North ington and State of Sterreland whether entire or partially interest in either completely a long ways or means either entered or interested in either completely a Unity or in Common with others any piece of person or piece other all for me and in my name to grant bargain sell and convey the same meadows lands tenemnts and herditaments etc all and part share and proportion thereof and give and let uch right title interest claim and demand with in love in equal equity and all uch have in the same for such sum and price with such terms and conditions as he shall seem just and fair and set and in my name to make covenants and execute good and sufficient Deeds and Conveyances for the same and done party through either with or without covenants Warranty and bounanty Wont until the Sale thereof for me and in my name and for my use to sell the same and convey the same either all or any parts thereof for the best rate that can be gotten for the same and lend for me and in my name and for my use to ask demand recover and receive all sum of money which became due and payable to me by way of any such bargain sales & leases thus to have use and employ all lawful ways and means for the Recovery thereof by attachment court curly or otherwise and for execution arbitrate and judge of the same and conveniences & other dis charges for the same for me and on my name To make deal and deliver and convey to the expende and perform the thing that may be necessary or fulfillled to this purpose present piece I do give all these powers nothing undue from here fore to all of the purposes aforesaid to make and substitute and again to reserve to lev &’s Heirs lawfully allow and confirm all and reestablish my said attorney all do recauls at any time or event for the same pleasure therefore in witness of these presents In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and seal done at Charlestown

[signature] Whereas the General Assembly of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations at their session April 22 1852 Authorized Elizabeth Shelly a member formerly of the American Society of Indians in Charlestown following in the State of Wisconsin to sell and convey to her nephew with his heirs the name William C. Hill and to enter a Deed of Conveyance thereof into the books and direction of the Indian Commissioners of said state all her right title and interest in a certain tract huge of land in said town arranging while continuing around said plot acres moreover of 36 ac. Know all men where all men by these Presents that said William C. Hill nephew as aforesaid and to and with the knowledge and direction of John Muldoon the Indian Commissioners as appointed and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars received to my full satisfaction and of loving affection of Champley son of Charlestown said trustee I hereby acknowledge and declare here give grant sell and convey in my sole Capacity as heirs all the right title and interest which my mother Elizabeth Shelly once had his over one certain piece of land lying in the Indian Reservation at said Charlestown containing about 36 acres the north boundary as follows on the
