Know all men by these presents that on the 9th day of September A.D. 1860 we the
undersigned John Saunders and Joseph B. Dose do for ourselves our heirs executors and
administrators make and establish the following indenture between us and
our heirs and assigns agree in the first place whereas the late Will Meadow, by the
said Will made and maintained the best part commencing at the Southeast corner
of this lot, and running north 64 degrees and 6 links to a stake in the hollow of the
wall. the said Saunders made and maintained the best part from said stake to
said Joseph's land. All more above the wall on the east side of said Meadow as
follows side South begins at the South end for the South East corner of said meadow
north to a stone drilled in the stone of the bottom wall half way to the southeast corner
of said meadow said Saunders maintained the half only.
In confirmation whereof we the said parties have hereto set our hands and seals

County of Providence State of Rhode Island and State of Rhode Island for and in consideration of the
sum of Twenty Seven Pounds Ten Shillings dated, to me in hand paid before the executing
hereof by Philip Dogan of Providence in the State of Connecticut and

Webster of the same inhabitants agreed mutual the name of the said
Dogan P. Meddon, have agreed, granted, bargained sold all their rights offy convey
& confirmed, and by these presents do bargain, sell give and confirm fully enjoy
