354 in fee simple; and have on myself good right and full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm the said bargained premises in Manner as aforesaid. And that the said Shade holden thin three and acreage plot shall and may from time to time and at all time from henceforth tip four years and utter forever lawfully, peaceably and quietly have, hold, enjoy every portion thereof the said demise and bargain premises with all the appurtenances, full and clear, and fully and clearly acquitted, quitclaimed and free and of all manner of forms of other grants, bargains, leases, free mortgages, wills, entails, fortunes, deeds, judgments, executions encumbrances of any nature whatever, that may be or may any wise or any way affect the said premises the said Deed is now made and done the present day. I, the said George A. Stanton for myself my heirs execute and administer lawfully covenant and agree the above demise form to him the said Shade holden thin three and acreage against the left claim or demand of any person or persons whatever from to warrant, secure and defend the same forever. And I, the said M. Stanton, sole of said George A. Stanton, for the consideration above mentioned, yield up of and surrender all my right of and interest in the said three and acreage the same demise and entry into the said Shade holden thin three and assign forever. Chapman, Sheriff Deputy executing as Sheriff sale, to witto, two squaren approximately eight Rhode Island reference to 3 hea, do here and the same together with all the privileges and appurtenances belonging to her per sign Ann Billings her heirs and assigns forever.
