And I the said George, do hereby covenant and agree that I will warrant and defend the premises to said Daniel His heirs and as- signs, to be free of all encumbrances, and I will warrant and defend the same, to them against the lawfull claims and demand of all persons whatsoever. Haskell of Charlestown in the county of Providence State of Rhode Island, one Consent in execution of the same Our One Thousand Dollars to be paid by Joshua Clark of the town, county and state aforesaid, the receipt whereof witnessed hereby acknowledged our said sum in fulls satisfy- action and gave quit claim unto the said Joshua Clark alone their right and aligned Claims all our right title and interest in the Rickman's farm now improved by Jonathan R. Haskell late owned by as Haskell, Esq. deceased Containing one thousand and three hundred and six map be bounded on the South by lands of George G. Haskell and Sherman, on the East by the road from the hidden Arm Billings; on the North by the road from the road’s and the few parts of Bakeries, deceased on the West by the road on the Salt Pond. Also our undivided fourth part of the said farm not belonging where Haskell referring to the land called Garden side town further by the road there, also our right in the Park road lot bounded on the South by land of S. Saunders and William Martin Esq, on the West by land of the Heirs of Antonia Chutson, and on the North West by the road on the west right in the lot called the old pasture Bounded on the West by land of James Phenix and right Haskell 320 on the North by land of Bowen Briggs and the both East and South by lands of Bowen Briggs, Bowen Wilcox and the road; also our right in the Brushbook lot called bounded on the North by lands of Garden court of the below Clara bounded deceased, on the South by lands of Bowen Briggs and Rutland Rockham and now New Yorklands on the State of lands of Rutland Peckham and Bowen Briggs and in the south by land of Bowen Briggs; and for the area and new correct boundaries of the several tracts of land here- in mentioned references I hereby further had to said records. To have and to Hold the said described and quit claimed premises to him the said Joshua Clark his heirs and assigns forever to his and their own benefit and behoof forever.
