KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the DANIELSON FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a banking corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the United States and the State of America, and located having an office and principal place of business in the Borough of Danielson, Town of Killingly, County of Windham and State of Connecticut, does hereby sell, assign and deliver to the said JAMES A. WHITMAN and KATHLEEN WHITMAN the Mortgage of Danielson Federal Savings and Loan Association, dated October 21, 1946 and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown in the County and State of Rhode Island in Volume No. 30 on Page No. 216
