be paid. — Inas further the undersigned do decide that the expense of this reference, amounting to seventy-four Dollars and eighty two cents is to be paid, one half by said Clarks and the other half by said Arnold, and the expense incurred on the report by the commissioner of a suit at law by Penelope Clarke against the heirs of Thomas Clarke meaning hereby the taxed costs, ought to be paid by the defendants in said Suit as well as said Arnold. All which is submitted by j. C. Sandford M. W. Staples. We have received the above named sum of seventy-four and 82/100 Dollars on expenses. j. C. Sandford M. W. Staples.
