[illegible] M.D. Jany 7th 1828 Know all men by these presents, that I Joshua Healy, of Narragansett in the state of Rhode Island, in consideration of the sum of thirty dollars to me paid in hand by Alfred B. Healy of Charlestown in the County of Washington in the state of Rhode Island, I release and quit claim all the rights and titles which I acknowledge, do hereby remise, release, and forever quit claim unto Alfred B. Healy and his heirs and assigns forever all my right title and interest in the now undivided sixth part of the lands lying in said Charlestown, now occupied by said Alfred B. Healy and associates formerly owned by my father Joshua Healy late of said Rhode Island and to have and to hold the same together with all the rights appurtenances hereunto to lend the said Alfred B.
