65 To have and to hold the said [illegible] the same with all the appurtenances House belonging to him the said Samuel Coggesill his heirs assigns forever. The Considerations of the premises of the said [illegible] that he did aforesaid sell and aforesaid deeded the aforesaid House belonging to the said Samuel Coggesill his heirs a Write of Release bearing seal date with this Deed for two hundred and eighty Eight dollars paid by the Tenant for the term of five years aforesaid Whereas certain Other items of land granted by the [illegible] to the present grantor Abraham Olney then late of hand granted by the [illegible] to the present Deed of the said Abraham Olney and [illegible] for the purpose of [illegible] the said [illegible] of the aforesaid now of the aforesaid Write Motion hereafter conveyed to Abraham Olney as aforesaid to be paid to the said Samuel Coggesill his heirs Reserved expectations incorporated into the said Write for a hundred and eighty Eight dollars by the Tenant for the term of five years aforesaid Whereas and purely for the void Whereas that Deed as opposed the Great House late belonging to the aforesaid Write Motion his heirs hundred Reserved in expectations of the said land to be paid to the aforesaid Samuel Coggesill his heirs Reserved expectations determined henceforth or belongs the said Write for two hundred and eighty Eight dollars in Agreement passed the 25th of September Coggesill and Olney paid two hundred and eighty Eight dollars the 25th of September 1814 Then the said as expressed the front the last as officer of the said deed of Samuel Coggesill applicant to said Rhode Island Motion to be void and of no effect henceforth to be void service and free and clear. In Witness whereof have hereunto set my hand and seal the date first above aforesaid. Know all men by this deed that I William Greenman of Charlestown on the County of Washington State of Rhode Island name a provisional plantation belonging to the consideration of the part of Holy Collett name by [illegible] by Isaac Kingston Mason of Charlestown on the County of Washington and state of Rhode Island of Providence District Attorney the said [illegible] by this deed absolutely convey transfer release and grant forever quit claim and free and clear the said Isaac Kingston hundred acres and adjoining pieces more or less part of a Return and part of parcels of land lying between the lying on Charlestown containing on the whole about [illegible] acres of land late house more or less and is bounded following (West) [illegible] branches on the North on Thomas Elbridge land More land on the North bounded on the North on the brook or below it the say land the one on the North bounded on a Branch the East on the East [illegible] land belonging to the heirs of Moses Stanton the South More land formed formerly known as the land of Moses Stanton or Thomas at the same time however and is referred to be bounded To have and to hold the said some half part of among [illegible] land together with all the privileges and appurtenances Therein belonging to the said Isaac Kingston his heirs and assigns forever In Witness whereof hereunto have set my hand and seal the 5th day of September 1810 signed sealed and delivered in presence of a Minister William Greenman [illegible] Melcome land
