274 We, Thomas J. Clarke and Mary A. Clarke, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to Ruth J. Brown, of the City of Naugatuck, County of New Haven and State of Connecticut, with WARRANTY COVENANTS Two certain tracts or parcels of land located at Quonoccutong, so called, in said Town of Charlestown and bounded and described as follows, to wit: First Tract: A certain tract or parcel of land, with barn, house and other improvements thereon standing, situated on "Quonoccutong Neck," so called, in said Town of Charlestown and bounded and described substantially as follows, to wit: Beginning at the corner of the highway where said tract adjoins property of this grantors formerly of Baldwin and [?] [?], bounding northerly, bounded easterly, by said Gunn land, to a boat lot of p. T. R. Bunce whereas vented [?], to a southeasterly corner of Dowd boat lot; thence northerly on the Dowd line to a south east corner of the fence separating the old north, so called, lot from land formerly of S. Fidler; thence southeasterly over said Fidler land to lot formerly of P. Brown and State of Rhode Island, to a line about 20 feet in width, thence northeasterly corner of the Durfee lot; thence southeasterly 100 feet to the highway; thence easterly 200 feet to the corner of land of L. [?]; thence southeasterly 100 feet; thence northerly, along Langworthy land 200 feet; thence easterly 150 feet; thence southeasterly 200 feet to the south east corner of said Langworthy land to a boat lot; thence northerly, then easterly along the highway to land formerly of Paulina Wells; thence northeasterly corner of L. P. Langworthy; thence southeasterly bounded easterly by Langworthy land until a point on the highway; thence southeasterly corner of land formerly of L. P. Langworthy; thence southeasterly, bounded southerly by said Langworthy land until a point on the highway; thence southeasterly corner of land formerly of Isaac S. Briggs to the northerly and easterly along said Goss land and land formerly of Isaac S. Briggs to the northerly corner of said land; thence southeasterly along the highway to the point of beginning, bounding westerly on the highway to the point to the owners of the boat lots on the salt pond, nor east corner of said land; then northerly to the above point of beginning, along the southern and northern and eastern boundary of said tract hereby conveyed.
