Healy of Charlestown in the county of Washington and the state of Rhode Island, and whereas Timothy Clark the above named acknowledges hereby acknowledges he hereby grant give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Alfred B. Healy & Healy his heirs and assigns forever buying just a part of the land lying and being situated in Charlestown then in the county of Washington and the state of Rhode Island, and provided Charlestown containing by estimation thirty rods by the lake of shores, and bounded as follows: Bounded on the East upon the Highway, and northeast and Southeast upon lands of office B. Healy, and bounded on the south upon lands belonging to Robt Browning. He also sells and holds the said land guarded and comprised premises, with the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said Alfred B. Healy his heirs and assigns forever, to be his and hers and his heirs forever. And the said Timothy Clark further for myself my heirs law executing and administrators, in Covenant with the said Alfred B. Healy his heirs and assigns that I have lawfully bargained and sold in per of the premises that they are free of all incumbrances what that I have a right sole right to sell and convey the same to the said Alfred B. Healy to hold as afore said, and that it will warrant and defend the land to the said Alfred B.
