KNOW THAT, SAMUEL MILLER, as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of HILDA
MILLER, also known as HILDA DAHL, which Will and Testament was duly admitted to probate in
the Surrogates Court of New York County, State of New York, on the first day of February,
1935, as assignor, in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid by SAMUEL MILLER, of 56 East
127th St., New York City, New York City, New York, hereby assigns unto the assignee, SAMUEL MILLER, a
certain mortgage made by ANNE LUTTINEN, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington,
State of Rhode Island, given to secure payment of the sum of ONE THOUSAND ($1,000.00) DOLLARS
and interest dated the sixth day of December, 1932, recorded on the sixth day of December,
1932, in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington,
State of Rhode Island, in Book 25, Page 229 of Records of Mortgages, covering premises of
That certain real estate situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of
Rhode Island, and described as follows: A certain tract of land, together with all the
buildings and improvements thereon standing, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of
Washington and State of Rhode Island, containing thirty (30) acres more or less and bounded
as follows: On the South by land formerly of Alfred G. Healy on the East by land formerly
of Welcome Cord; on the North by a brook leading to Passequasset Pond, which separates it from
land formerly of Welcome Cord; on the West by Passequasset Pond, or however otherwise the same
may be bounded and described. Being the same premises described in a deed from Nathan G.
Kenyon to Green Cord on record in said Charlestown in Land Evidence Book No. 8, Page 14, to-
gether with a certain negotiable promissory note described in said mortgage, and the monyas
due and to grow due thereon, with the interest.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the assignee, SAMUEL MILLER, and to the successors,
legal representatives, administrators, administrators, and assigns of the assignee forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the assignor has duly executed this assignment this 31st day
of October, 1935.
