I, John W. Buddington, of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington, State of
Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to Charlestown Estates, Inc., a corporation duly
incorporated under the laws of the State of Rhode Island and having a place of business in
the City of Providence, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the
State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
four certain tracts or parcels of land located and situated at Quonsetcoast East
Beach, so called, in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island.
first Parcel consisting of lots Numbered 529 and 532 as shown and
delineated on a certain plan or plat entitled, "Plat of East Beach at Quonsetcoast,
Rhode Island, Property of Charlestown Estates, Inc. Leon L. Holland,
C. E., Scale one inch equals one hundred feet, Revised, July 1931",
Second Parcel consisting of lot 492 as shown and delineated on a
certain plan or plat entitled, "Plat of East Beach at Quonsetcoast, Rhode
Island, Property of Charlestown Estates, Inc. Leon L. Holland, C. E., Scale one
inch equals 100 feet, Revised, July 1931",
Third Parcel consisting of lot 527 as shown and delineated on a
certain plan or plat entitled, "Plat of East Beach at Quonsetcoast, Rhode Island,
Property of C. H. Davis, revised July 1931, Leon L. Holland, C. E., Scale one inch
equals 100 feet, Revised, July, 1931."
Fourth Parcel A parcel of land forty (40) feet in width and fifteen
(15) feet, more or less, in depth, located on the south side of Surfside Ave-
nue as shown on a certain plan or plat entitled, "Plat of East Beach at Quon-
setcoast, Rhode Island, Property of C. H. Davis, Leon L. Holland, C. E.,
Scale one inch equals 100 feet, revised, July 1931", said parcel is bounded
northerly by Surfside Avenue, southerly and westerly by land of Elizabeth
D. Williams and easterly by land of Samuel H. Davis being the same parcel being the same
conveyed to Elizabeth D. Williams by deed dated September 1935 and duly record-
ed in the Land Evidence Records of Charlestown.
It being the intention of this deed to release the above described property
from a certain mortgage made by Samuel H. Davis to this grantor as is of record.
