KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we ROBERT LAINE and VERA LAINE, husband and
wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island for
consideration paid, grant to STANLEY SAJEWICZ and EDWINA SAJEWICZ, husband and wife, both
of said Town of Charlestown, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with the right
of survivorship with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington, in the
State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
A certain tract or parcel of Land, together with the buildings and improvements
thereon, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point thirty-four (34') feet from a driveway on
State Highway to the first (1st) telephone pole now located in the
ground on said State Highway, thence running in a westerly direction on
said State Highway a distance of three hundred eighty-three (383 feet;
thence in a northerly direction a distance of approximately five hun-
dred seventy-five (575 feet) to the center of the River, thence accelerating
in an easterly direction along said River a distance of three hundred
thirty-eight (338 feet) and then in a southerly direction a distance of
approximately five hundred seventy-five (575 feet) to the point and
place of beginning, at the aforementioned pole on said State Highway.
Bounded on the north by the Pawcatuck River, so-called; on the east
and west by land of the Former Estate of J. V. Stewart and on the south
by the State Highway.
Being and intending to convey that tract of land, together with the
buildings and improvements thereon, conveyed by deed of Alfred J.
Richard to these Grantors; said deed bearing date of June 21, 1934 and
recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, Town of Charlestown, Book No. 25,
Page No. 477; reference to said deed and record thereof being hereby had
and made and the same are made a part hereof.
