In the Town of Charlestown, this 5th day of November, A. D. 1935, personally appeared before me Edwin Fisher, Collector of Taxes of the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, known to me and known by me to be the person who executed the foregoing instrument and ack- nowledged the same by him signed in his said capacity to be his free act and deed. LINTON L. BROWN Notary Public. Received for record November 15th, A. D. 1935 at 4:00 o'clock, p. m., and record- ed by Town Clerk. I, the undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage, recorded in the records of land evidence in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, in Land Evidence Book No. 26 at page 170, hereby cancel and discharge the same.
