197 Thomas F. Reilly, of the Town of North Haven, County of New Haven, State of Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to Mary C. Kennessey, of the City and County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or parcels of land, and land located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, and State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as lots #800-801-802, and #1007-1008 on that plat entitled "Charlestown by the Sea, Owned and Developed by Thomas F. Reilly, location, Charles- town, Rhode Island, Scale 1" = 100, dated July 28th, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut." which said plat is filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. First piece is bounded and described as follows: NORTHERLY ; by Richard Street, as shown on said Map, seventy-five (75) feet, more or less. EASTERLY ; by lot #799, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less. SOUTHERLY ; by lots #819-820-821, as shown on said Map, seventy-five (75) feet, more or less. WESTERLY ; by lots #803-804-805-806, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less. The second piece is bounded and described as follows: SOUTHERLY ; by Allan's Cove Road, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less. EASTERLY ; by lot #1006, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less. NORTHERLY ; by lot #992-993, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less. WESTERLY ; by lot #1008-A, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor, Thomas F. Reilly, release to said grantees all her right of dower and all other interest in the above described premises WITNESS my hand this 15th day, of July A. D. 1935 VERA G. DWYER THOMAS F.
