Swanson and Ernestine S. Swanson, above named, for $4600.00 tid by said Fritz J. Swanson and Ernestine S. Swanson, being the highest bid made for said premises at said auction. JAMES M. RELEASE OF MORTGAGE I, the undersigned WILLIAM LEVAY, of the Town of Charlestown, in the County of Washington and the State of Rhode Island, the holder of a mortgage made by KATHERINE I. WATSON and GEORGE A. WATSON, both of the Town of Narragansett, in said County and State, to me, the said WILLIAM LEVAY, dated May 26, 1926 and recorded in Book No. 22 page 213 of the Land evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown, having received full payment and satisfac- tion of said mortgage, hereby cancel and discharge the same. And I covenant to and with the person making said payment that I am the present owner of said mortgage, and the prom- issory note secured by said mortgage.
