RELEASE AND DISCHARGE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, THOMAS G. CLARKE, of the Town of
Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, individually in my sole
capacity, and I, also as administrator of the estate of Joanna R. Clarke, late of said
Town of Charlestown, deceased, in my said capacity as said administrator, I and said
Joanna R. Clarke being the mortgagees named in a certain mortgage given by Jack Pea-
cock Green to me and said Joanna R. Clarke dated the 15th day of November 1930 and
recorded in the mortgage records of said Town of Charlestown in Book No. 24 at page 275,
do hereby acknowledge that I have received from Valentina V. Green, wife of said Jack
Peacock Green, and the present owner of the premises described in said mortgage, full
payment and satisfaction of the same; and in consideration thereof I, in my individual
capacity and also in my capacity as administrator as aforesaid, do hereby cancel and
discharge said mortgage, and release and quitclaim unto the said Valentina V. Green,
and her heirs and assigns, forever, the premises thereby conveyed.
In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal, both in my individual
capacity as aforesaid, and also in my capacity as administrator as aforesaid, this 23rd
day of August, A. D. 1935.

In Charlestown in said County and State on the 23rd day of August, A. D. 1935
before me personally appeared Thomas G. Clarke, to me known and known by me to be the
party executing the foregoing instrument, and he acknowledged said instrument by him
executed to be his free act and deed individually, and also his free act and deed in his
capacity as administrator of the Estate of Joanna R. Clarke, deceased.
